APRIL 1, 2010 - NEW ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER IN FORECLOSURE PROCEEDING GOES INTO EFFECT Following the Supreme Court's recent Model Administrative Order in Foreclosure Proceedings, the 1st Judicial Circuit will recently signed new rules regulating foreclosure procedures for owner-occupied single family residences which will become effective April 1, 2010.
